Terence Chiew

Terence is the Managing Director of Peet Asia as well as a Performance Consultant. He enjoys working with team leaders to develop high-performing teams and achieve organizational success through a variety of interventions such as personality and values assessments, performance consulting, leadership and management training, team building, and team alignment.

He is fluent in both English and Mandarin and is a frequent guest speaker on Singapore radio stations such as Jia FM 88.3, LIVE FM 93.8, CAPITAL FM 95.8, NOW FM 93.8, MONEY FM 89.3, and LOVE FM 97.2. He is the author of 'Most Valuable Professional: What Every Employee Ought to Know About Staying Employable,' and he earned the Marketing Institute of Singapore's 'Best Personal Brand Award' in 2017.

Terence's professional credentials include being a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach. Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Certified Team Coach by Global Coach Group, Certified Leadership Coach by Global Coach Group, Certified Team Coach by Global Coach Group, Certified Consultant for the Workplace Big Five Personality Profile Tool by Paradigm Personality Labs, LLC. Terence holds the Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers, as well as the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment.

Phoon Kok Hwa

Kok Hwa is a Strategic Partner for Peet Asia Pte Ltd. He has spent the last 12 years as a trainer, coach, and facilitator with organisations. He has trained and coached Action Learning teams in both public and private sectors to assist them in solving complex and strategic business challenges while also developing the individual, team, and organization. He is the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) first Professional Action Learning Coach in Asia, and he received the WIAL Coach Excellence Award in 2015. In both Singapore and the Greater China Region, he has led and participated in Action Learning Programs for MBA hires High Potentials and Senior Leaders. Kok Hwa is also an ORP Institute Certified Team Effectiveness Facilitator (South Korea).

Edgar Wong

Edgar is a Strategic Partner for Peet Asia Pte Ltd. He is an ACCA-qualified accountant who provides strategy, finance, and tax advice to SMEs in the service, retail, and manufacturing sectors across multiple jurisdictions. Financial accounting, management accounting, taxation - corporate and individual (Singapore / Australia / UK), mergers and acquisitions, property transactions, strategic review, and directorship are among his areas of expertise. He holds an Honours degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore, an ACCA Diploma in Banking and Finance, an ACCA/Oxford Brookes University B.Sc. (Honours - First Class), and a Strathclyde MBA. He also participates in educational programs such as ACCA, CAT, ATTS, and degree programs with a number of Singapore's top education providers. Edgar was also interviewed by SPH Radio's FM 89.3 MONEY, a business and personal finance radio station in Singapore.

Erin Lee

Erin is a Strategic Business Partner for Peet Asia Pte Ltd. She is a mindfulness practitioner and advocates for mindfulness as a way of life. Her personal goal is to help more people learn mindfulness skills and incorporate mindfulness practice into their daily lives in order to improve their overall well-being.

She is an MBSR Teacher certified by the Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) Center for Mindfulness. Erin has completed the UCSD School of Medicine's Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher Training Intensive, as well as the Advanced Teacher Training Intensive for MBSR and MBCT Teachers in California. The Mindfulness in Schools Project has certified Erin to teach mindfulness programs to teenagers and young adults. She also holds a Master of Science in Mindfulness Studies from Aberdeen University in the United Kingdom, as well as a Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).

Erin believes that mindfulness can benefit everyone and hopes to make it more accessible to more people through her programs and coaching. Mindfulness, she believes, should be taught as a life skill rather than a technique, and practised as a way of life rather than a quick fix. She was also interviewed by Money FM 89.3 and FM 96.3 because she is effectively bilingual.

Candy Lim

Candy is a Strategic Partner for Peet Asia Pte Ltd. Candy has over 20 years of business experience and has worked with a wide range of clients. She has worked in a variety of industries, including chemical, finance, hospitality, human resources consulting, and manufacturing. She'd received extensive training in subjects such as Employability Skills, Personal Mastery, Interpersonal Skills, and Professional Grooming.

As a Career Resilience Facilitator and Image Consultant, she combines art and science to focus on Appearance, Behavior, and Communication, creating a paradigm shift to bring out the best in individuals and improve organizational performance, thus creating leaders at all levels. Candy is a certified professional development process facilitator and has an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA). She is a Certified Tetramap Facilitator, a Sales and Marketing Institute (SMI) Certified Sales Trainer, a Certified Image Consultant, and a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Certified Facilitator.

Candy works in the coaching industry as a Neuro Leadership Institute Brain-Based Results Coach and an NCDA USA Career Development Facilitator. She is also a DISC Behaviour Consultant and a TRAITS Personality Inventory Assessor for the ASTON Business School. Candy had been actively involved in facilitating focus group discussions, interviewing, and leading discussions as a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). She is effectively bilingual (English and Mandarin) and has appeared on Singapore's FM 89.3 MONEY.

Gerald Ong

Gerald Ong is a Strategic Partner for Peet Asia Pte Ltd, bringing his knowledge of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method and accreditation as a trained facilitator to the company. He provides sales coaching, goal setting, and team development to local SMEs. He was previously employed as a Sales Representative, in charge of the sale of goods and services.


He graduated from Murdoch University in Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic. Through professional development, he earned an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and a Cert IV in Training and Education.


He customizes products and solutions to their clients' specifications as a certified Belbin Team Roles® Facilitator, Advanced Certified Scrum Master®, and Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner®. As a Points of You® Practitioner, he uses the tools to help people realize their full potential and plan for the future.


He is also an Enneagram coach and an NLP Master Practitioner (Neuro Linguistic Programming). MONEY FM 89.3 radio station also interviewed him about his work with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method.


Lim Lee Lee

Lee Lee is a Strategic Partner for Peet Asia Pte Ltd. She lost her sight as an infant in the hospital due to the negligence of medical professionals at the time. Despite her blindness, she grew into a strong and independent woman. Her firm belief that an educated mind cannot be enslaved drove her to become the Singapore Institute of Management Open University Centre (SIM-OUC) first visually impaired graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature. Lee Lee also has an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance from the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) (ACLP).

Lee Lee believes that enslaving an educated mind is impossible. She is always striving for equality, whether in her career or in the pursuit of her dream of publicly displaying her artistry. Lee Lee produced "Perspectives," the first disabled-led arts production in Southeast Asia, in 2021 to correct misconceptions about people with disabilities in our community. The film has received overwhelmingly positive reviews. Lee Lee's personal mission is to enable businesses and individuals to communicate their vision to stakeholders through the written word and calls to action.

She is effectively bilingual (English and Mandarin) and has appeared on Singapore radio stations FM 89.3 MONEY and UFM100.3.

Kenneth Tan

Kenneth is a Strategic Business Partner for Peet Asia Pte Ltd. He advises and connects local SMEs with regard to international management, strategic planning, talent acquisition, and equity funding. Kenneth is a former C-Level Executive who has worked for both publicly traded multinational corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises (including start-ups). Strategic management, international business development, and sales management are among his areas of expertise. He has assisted local SMEs in expanding globally and gaining significant market share in the United States, Western Europe, and East Asia. His most notable accomplishments include turning two companies around and establishing a global sales network for local SMEs, which resulted in a sales increase from the single digits to the double digits.
