Erin is certified as an MBSR Teacher by the Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) Center for Mindfulness. She has completed the UCSD School of Medicine's Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher Training Intensive and the Advanced Teacher Training Intensive for MBSR and MBCT Teachers in California. Furthermore, Erin is authorized by the Mindfulness in Schools Project to teach mindfulness programs to teenagers and young adults. Candy is a Strategic Partner at Peet Asia Pte Ltd, bringing more than 20 years of business experience across a wide range of industries such as chemical, finance, hospitality, human resources consulting, and manufacturing. She has received extensive training in various subjects, including Employability Skills, Personal Mastery, Interpersonal Skills, and Professional Grooming.

As a Career Resilience Facilitator and Image Consultant, she combines art and science to focus on Appearance, Behavior, and Communication. This approach creates a paradigm shift to bring out the best in individuals and improve organizational performance, ultimately creating leaders at all levels. Candy is a certified professional development process facilitator and holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA). She is also certified as a Tetramap Facilitator, a Sales and Marketing Institute (SMI) Certified Sales Trainer, a Certified Image Consultant, and a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Certified Facilitator.

Candy is a Neuro Leadership Institute Brain-Based Results Coach and an NCDA USA Career Development Facilitator, active in the coaching industry. She is also a DISC Behaviour Consultant and a TRAITS Personality Inventory Assessor for the ASTON Business School. Candy has facilitated focus group discussions, interviewed participants, and led discussions as a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). She is effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, and has appeared on Singapore's FM 89.3 MONEY.

Gerald Ong is a Strategic Partner for Peet Asia Pte Ltd, leveraging his expertise in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method and his credentials as a trained facilitator to benefit the organization. Previously, he held the position of Sales Representative, responsible for the sale of goods and services.

Gerald holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Murdoch University in Australia, as well as a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic. Through ongoing professional development, he has earned an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and a Cert IV in Training and Education.

As a certified Belbin Team Roles® Facilitator, Advanced Certified Scrum Master®, and Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner®, he tailors solutions to meet the unique needs of his clients. Additionally, he utilizes Points of You® tools to help individuals unlock their full potential and plan for the future.

Lee Lee is a Strategic Partner for Peet Asia Pte Ltd, with a focus on inclusivity and diversity in the arts sector. Despite losing her sight as an infant due to medical negligence, she has become a successful theatre and film producer, writer, and actor. Lee Lee's passion for education led her to become the Singapore Institute of Management Open University Centre's (SIM-OUC) first visually impaired graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature. She also holds an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance from the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) (ACLP).

Lee Lee firmly believes that an educated mind cannot be enslaved and is committed to promoting equality and challenging misconceptions about people with disabilities. Her film, "Perspectives," which she produced in 2021, is the first disabled-led arts production in Southeast Asia and has received positive reviews. Lee Lee's mission is to empower businesses and individuals to effectively communicate their vision through persuasive writing and calls to action. 

Proficient in both English and Mandarin, Lee Lee has made appearances on Singaporean radio stations FM 89.3 MONEY and UFM100.3. In recognition of her accomplishments, she has been awarded the Goh Chok Tong Enable Awards (UBS Achievement), which acknowledges the achievements of individuals with disabilities and encourages those with promise and potential to pursue their endeavors.

Kenneth is a Strategic Business Partner at Peet Asia Pte Ltd, where he provides advisory services and facilitates connections between local SMEs and international management teams. With extensive experience as a former C-Level Executive in both publicly traded multinational corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises (including start-ups), he offers expertise in strategic planning, talent acquisition, and equity funding. His areas of specialization include strategic management, international business development, and sales management.

Kenneth has assisted local SMEs in expanding globally and gaining substantial market share in the United States, Western Europe, and East Asia. He has achieved notable successes, including turning around two companies and establishing a global sales network for local SMEs, resulting in a significant increase in sales from single to double digits.
