Terence Chiew

Terence is the Managing Director of Peet Asia and a Performance Consultant. He works with team leaders to develop high-performing teams and achieve organizational success through a variety of interventions such as personality and values assessments, performance consulting, leadership and management training, team building, and team alignment.

He is effectively bilingual (English and Mandarin) and a regular guest speaker on Singapore radio stations such as Jia FM 88.3, LIVE FM 93.8, CAPITAL FM 95.8, NOW FM 93.8, MONEY FM 89.3 and LOVE FM97.2. He is the author of the book Most Valuable Professional: What Every Employee Ought to Know About Staying Employable and the winner of the Marketing Institute of Singapore's 'Best Personal Brand Award 2017'.

In terms of professional credentials, Terence is a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Executive Coach. Terence has a Specialist Diploma in Adult Learning and Teaching (SDALT), the Cambridge International Diploma for Teachers and Trainers (CIDTT), and the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA). He is currently studying for an MSc in Marketing at the University of Salford (U.K.)

Phoon Kok Hwa

Kok Hwa works as a Strategic Partner for Peet Asia Pte Ltd. For the past 12 years, he has worked as a trainer, coach, and facilitator with organizations. He has trained and coached Action Learning teams in a variety of organizations, both public and private, to assist them in solving complex and strategic business challenges while also developing the individual, team, and organization. He is the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) first Professional Action Learning Coach in Asia, and he received the WIAL Coach Excellence Award in 2015. In both Singapore and the Greater China Region, he has led and participated in Action Learning Programs for MBA hires, High Potentials, and Senior Leaders. Kok Hwa is also an ORP Institute Certified Team Effectiveness Facilitator (South Korea).

Edgar Wong

Edgar works as a Strategic Partner for Peet Asia Pte Ltd. He is an ACCA-qualified accountant who provides strategy, finance, and tax advice to SMEs in the service, retail, and manufacturing sectors across multiple jurisdictions. Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Taxation – Corporate and Individual (Singapore / Australia / UK), Mergers and Acquisitions, Property Transactions, Strategic Review, and Directorship are his areas of expertise. He earned an Honours degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore, as well as a Diploma of Banking and Finance, ACCA, and a B.Sc. (Honours – First Class) from ACCA/Oxford Brookes University and a Strathclyde MBA. He is also involved in educational programs such as ACCA, CAT, ATTS, and degree programs with various premier education providers in Singapore. Edgar was also interviewed by SPH Radio's FM 89.3 MONEY, a business and personal finance radio station in Singapore.

Erin Lee

Erin works for Peet Asia Pte Ltd as a Strategic Business Partner. She is a mindfulness practitioner and proponent of mindfulness as a lifestyle. Her personal vision is to assist more people in learning mindfulness skills and incorporating mindfulness practice into their daily lives in order to improve their well-being. Erin is a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher certified by the Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) Center for Mindfulness. Erin has completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher Training Intensive at the UCSD School of Medicine, as well as the Advanced Teacher Training Intensive for MBSR and MBCT Teachers in California. Erin has been certified by the Mindfulness in Schools Project to teach mindfulness programs to teenagers and young adults. She also has a Master of Science in Mindfulness Studies from the University of Aberdeen in the United Kingdom and a Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).

Erin believes that everyone can benefit from mindfulness and hopes to make it more accessible to more people through the programs and coaching she provides. She believes that mindfulness should be taught as a life skill rather than a technique and practiced as a way of life rather than a quick fix. She was also interviewed by the radio stations Money FM 89.3 and FM 96.3, as she is effectively bilingual.

Candy Lim

Candy works as a Strategic Partner for Peet Asia Pte Ltd. Candy has over 20 years of corporate experience and has worked with a wide range of clients. She has worked in a variety of industries, including chemical, financial, hospitality, human resources consulting, and manufacturing. She had received extensive training in areas such as Employability Skills, Personal Mastery, Interpersonal Skills, and Professional Grooming.

As a Career Resilience Facilitator and Image Consultant, she combines the art and science to focus on Appearance, Behavior, and Communication; creating a paradigm shift to bring out the best in individuals and improve organizational performance, thus creating leaders at all levels. Candy has an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) in addition to being a trained process facilitator in the field of professional development. She is a Certified Tetramap Facilitator, a Sales and Marketing Institute (SMI) Certified Sales Trainer, a Certified Image Consultant, and a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Certified Facilitator.

Candy is a Brain-Based Results Coach with Neuro Leadership Institute and a Career Development Facilitator with NCDA USA in the coaching field. She is also an ASTON Business School TRAITS Personality Inventory Assessor and a DISC Behaviour Consultant. Candy had been actively involved in facilitating focus group discussions, interviewing, and leading discussions as a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). She was also interviewed by FM 89.3 MONEY, which is effectively bilingual.

Gerald Ong

Gerald works as a Strategic Partner for Peet Asia Pte Ltd. In the areas of sales coaching, goal-setting, and team building, he consults and facilitates for local SMEs. He had worked as a Sales Representative, selling products and services to B2B and B2C customers in a variety of industries. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Murdoch University in Australia, as well as a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic. In terms of professional development, he holds an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) as well as a Cert IV in Training and Education. He is not only a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Certified Facilitator, but also a Points of You® Practitioner. He was also interviewed by FM 89.3 MONEY radio station.

Lim Lee Lee

Peet Asia Pte Ltd's Strategic Partner is Lee Lee. Lee Lee lost her sight as an infant in the hospital due to the negligence of the medical professionals at the time. Despite this tragic loss, she grew up to be an independent and strong woman. Her firm belief that an educated mind cannot be enslaved drove her to become the first visually impaired graduate from Singapore Institute of Management Open University Centre (SIM-OUC) to receive a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature. Lee Lee also has an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance from Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) (ACLP).

Lee Lee embraces the dream of changing society's mindset, firmly believing in two statements: "I am not defined by my disability" and "What it means to be blind." She strives for equal opportunities, whether in her career or in pursuing her dream of publicly practicing her artistry. Lee Lee, who is fluent in both English and Mandarin, has been interviewed by Singapore radio stations UFM 100.3 and LIVE FM 93.8.

Lee Lee is now a motivational speaker and workshop facilitator who promotes leadership resilience.

Kenneth Tan

Kenneth works for Peet Asia Pte Ltd as a Strategic Business Partner. He consults and connects local SMEs in the areas of international management, strategic planning, talent acquisition, and equity funding. Kenneth is a former C-Level Executive who worked in public-listed MNCs and SMEs (including start-ups). He specializes in strategic management, international business development, and sales management. He has assisted local SMEs in expanding overseas and gaining significant market share in the United States, Western Europe, and East Asia. His key accomplishments include converting two companies from losses to profits and establishing a global sales network for local SMEs, which resulted in an increase in sales from single digits to double digits.
